Retainers are usually bespoke to the unique legal needs of the client. However, typically services included are, consultations, document drafting and reviewing, legal opinions as and when needed, immigration services, licenses applications and
renewals.

This is especially helpful for small, mid-sized and large businesses as it provides the businesses with; certainty regarding their legal expenses, accessibility and availability to legal services especially in urgent situations such as contract negotiations, dispute resolution or regulatory compliance matters and proactive legal support.

This is dependent on a number of factors such as; the length of the employment/consultancy contract one has secured and the cost considerations such as statutory costs for the required permits.

You MUST carry out due diligence on the company. The due diligence MUST include Financial due diligence, Legal and Regulatory.

Registration of new companies takes between 1-2 weeks.

No. Kirima Advocates does not charge for the initial consultation meeting.
